Super Double Toilet Great
Jun. 2nd, 2015 02:46 pmSomewhere in the past few months, Iliana has picked up saying "super double toilet" when she really means -maybe??- super double triple. Like, she'll say "Watch me run super double toilet fast!" Or "Throw the ball super double toilet high." It's hilarious.
Anyway, we're going home in two weeks from today and things are coming together in the best way. Previous trips home have all been at the last minute, for funerals. Well, before that were trips I spent entirely with Rob's family and I had no real input. Just obligations.
This time, it's all my input. Well, okay, so not ALL, but mostly. We're staying in a 3br suite with my sister, but she'll have her own car and things to do. We have stuff planned together, but we're not exactly booked up. And we'll have lots of time to catch up with family. Cousins are coming in from outer islands just to see us. Plus, I am putting together a nice collection of things to pencil into our schedule. We're open, but have many options.
I only wish we could afford to go to Polynesian Cultural Center this trip. We'll spend one day at Bishop Museum for sure, but I wish I could take the kids to PCC. It's not the best and I have my problems with the Center in general, but the people they employ are doing the good work.
But other than than wishing we had more time and money, this trip is shaping up to be super double toilet great.
I am super double toilet excited. And then some.
