Livejournal, we need to Talk.
Apr. 1st, 2013 04:06 pmDon't even know why I never update. I read my friends list multiple times every day. I try to comment when I can, and have something to say that's more than just "like." Sometimes there's just not a heck of a lot to say in response to a post. Sometimes there's too much and I don't know where to start.
I think that's one of the hardest parts about eljay, actually. With tumblr, FB, twitter, et cetera, you can like things to at least people know that you, well, liked it.
In other news, I've been doing well, especially since I've been working on two solid months of a new and improved writing routine. Here's an excited happy dance post about it. I know that 900 words or 700 words don't sound like much given the context of a 75,000 or 100,000 word monstrosity, but that's more words than I'd gotten in the previous six months combined. I'll take any measure of success I can.
Honestly trying to figure out how to incorporate the old eljay into my projects because I do read my friends list every day, which means that I have people I value here. And only here. I keep going back and forth trying to decide what I want to do here. Do I post links to stuff on http://www.runningnekkid.com/ every time I post there, or what? If so, then what do I use eljay for outside of spammy spamminess? Blah blah blah yawn.
And that was the extent of updating I could do before Iliana came over and ruined everything, lol.
